Crystal Healing
Crystal Healing is a holistic therapy where the Crystals are used as a tool to create balance, health and a complete wholeness on various levels (body, mind).
To understand how Crystal Healing works you need to understand that each of us has a bio-magnetic field around our body called an aura. This aura consists of several layers and contained in each of these layers is a number of other energy systems - the Chakra system being an example of one of these. All these systems are interconnected and will affect each other and also affect the physical body. When all is well the aura is clear and balanced - any disharmony may cause a blockage and if left untreated, it can manifest as physical symptoms or illness.
The Crystal Healer will assess the clients' energy field. If any disturbance is found they will use appropriate crystals to address it. The crystals may then be placed around or on the client's body and activated. The healer will then channel the energies into the client's auric field. The client may need to have several sessions to help bring everything back in line if the disturbance is deep rooted.
Many crystals can be helpful with certain conditions or symptoms and you can learn more by reading many of the books available which will give a general guideline. However, people can suffer the same symptoms but the underlying cause may be different - as each person is unique they will need the appropriate crystals for the specific needs.
